The Attorney-general has announced that a bill regarding the Unemployment allowance will be submitted to the Parliament soon.
The Parliament sessions began on October 3 and the AG will be submitting this bill before the Parliament goes to recess. The AG office has published 31 bills including the unemployment allowance to be presented to the Parliament. The allowance for unemployed people looking for a job was a pledge made by the government when it came to power.
Other important bills to be submitted include Income Tax bill, Amendments to the Decentralization regulations regarding Administrative offices, Bill regarding Associations and Organizations among others.
A bill for Psychological wellness, Education and Higher Education will also be submitted by the AG. Foreign Investment bill, Chartered accountants bill will also be submitted to the Parliament.
