Dead body found in waters near fruit market

A dead body has been found in the lagoon near the fruit market in Male’ City.

Maldives Police Service reports the body, identified as male from India, was discovered at 6:08 am this Wednesday.

MPS reports the body showed no outward sign of injury, but declined to comment any further.
