MNDF: Two foreigners on the dinghy found outside Alifu Dhaalu Atoll

Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) has said that there were two foreigners on the dinghy they found outside the Alifu Dhaalu Atoll. 

After the Alifu Alifu atoll Rasdhoo boat, "Randhuveli", reported a dinghy with two people on board about 60 nautical miles out of Alifu Dhaalu Atoll was reported around 2:04 p.m. today, a fast intercepter craft, "Velana" of the MNDF Coast Guard was mobilized and rescued them. 

MNDF said that they were rescued around 7 p.m. today and are currently being brought to Male' City to be transferred in to the custody of the Maldives Police Service. 

MNDF has not revealed the nationalities of the two people that were rescued.
