This year’s edition of the Lily International Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Global Culinary Challenge and Exhibition is set to kick off on Sunday, with organizers promising to treat visitors to an event that is “bigger, bolder and more global than ever.”
FHAM 2025 – the Maldives’ most prestigious international hospitality trade event, is making a grand return from Sunday to Tuesday at the Central Park, Hulhumale’.
The event is co-organized by the Dhivehi Expo Services and CDC Events & Travels.
This year’s exhibition brings together a record-breaking lineup of 150 exhibitors from across the globe, including from Germany, USA, the UAE, China, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore and beyond.
With the Maldives' thriving hospitality landscape - home to over 170 world-class resorts and a fast-expanding F&B sector - FHAM 2025 provides a rare gateway for suppliers looking to connect directly with procurement heads, resort and hotel operators, and large-scale retailers.
Exhibitors spanning food production, hotel amenities, safety and security, kitchen equipment, spa and wellness, and apparel will leverage the unique platform to expand exports, test new markets, and secure long-term distribution partnerships.
Adding to the excitement, the event once again hosts the Global Culinary Challenge, which attracts competitors from more than 20 countries worldwide.
This year’s event will see the introduction of a new tea sommeliers category - a first of its kind for the Maldives. This addition will spotlight the artistry and expertise of tea professionals, blending tradition and innovation in one of the world's most beloved beverages, as the FHAM celebrates the full spectrum of hospitality and culinary excellence.
Meanwhile, over 150 exhibitors are taking part in the Exhibition this year, which will see more than 7,000 international product brands, and more than 100 exhibitor launches.
FHAM 2025 is expected to attract over 5,000 visitors.
"FHA Maldives has grown into a true hub for international hospitality networking, knowledge sharing, and partnerships,” commented Imran Hassan, Managing Director, Dhivehi Expo Services. "This year's edition is set to create unmatched opportunities for businesses across the region."
According to Dhivehi Expo Service, few slots are still available for those looking to be part of the major networking event that has continued for over a decade.
