TikToker detained for ‘advertising’ sexual abuse of young girl released from police custody

A man who was detained after he shared a photograph of a 13-year-old girl and encouraged people to sexually abuse her in a shocking TikTok Live has been released from police custody.

Screen recordings of the disturbing TikTok Live has gone viral on social media platforms.

In a statement on Tuesday, a police spokesperson said a case involving an incident where a person shared the photo of a 13-year-old girl and made foul-language and explicit remarks that damage her dignity was reported to the police at 10:33 am on Saturday.

The spokesperson said the police detained the suspect in the case, but then released him without filing a remand request with the court.

The police did not say when the suspect was arrested or when he was released.

The service also has not explained the reason for its decision to release him.

The police said they have seized the suspect’s mobile phone and are investigating the case.
