Maldivian band 2ofus gears up for India’s Got Talent Season 11 auditions on August 10, 2025.
Maldivian fusion band 2ofus is set to perform in the live auditions of India’s Got Talent Season 11 on August 10, 2025, at Nahar International School in Mumbai.
This appearance follows their earlier shortlisting for Britain’s Got Talent Season 19 and a 2nd Runner-Up finish at the Battle of the Bands International.
Comprised of five childhood friends, 2ofus has garnered international attention for their blend of indie rock with Maldivian cultural elements. The band has transitioned from local performances to broader audiences, with their music addressing themes of love, struggle, and identity.
Ahmed Adhuham, frontman for 2ofus, commented on the band's journey: “Being selected for India’s Got Talent after Britain’s Got Talent and Battle of the Bands International is beyond anything we imagined. This is not just our journey — this is a victory for every young dreamer who’s been told they’re too small, too far, or not enough”.
2ofus is scheduled to perform two original acts at the India’s Got Talent auditions. The band aims to showcase their music and dynamic stage presence, integrating elements of Maldivian heritage into their performances.
This opportunity is seen as a significant development for Maldivian music, highlighting the potential for artists from smaller nations to gain international exposure. The band's growing international fanbase underscores their continued effort to expand their reach.
As 2ofus prepares for their Mumbai performance, their progress is being closely observed in the Maldives.
