MNDF to conduct armed trainings in Hulhumale’

Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF) is scheduled to conduct armed trainings in Hulhumale’.

According to Defense Ministry, the trainings will begin on Sunday and run through April 5th. The training sessions will be held on the following days at the following time:

• Every Sunday and Thursday from 16:00pm to 18:00pm
• Every Tuesday from 22:00pm to 01:00am the next day 

The sessions will take place in both Hulhumale’ Phase I and Phase II.

Defense Ministry added that soldiers will be equipped with combat gear and weapons for these sessions. 

MNDF has conducted similar training sessions on prior occasions as well.
