MTCC collects 426 kilos of waste from Hulhumale’ Phase II

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company has successfully concluded its ‘Suzuki Cleanup The Beach’ event; collecting 426 kilos of waste from Hulhumale’.

The event was held at Hulhumale’ Phase II on Friday morning which saw the participation of MTCC’s Managing Director Ahmed Saudee and over 100 staff.

MTCC extended gratitude to Housing Development Corporation (HDC), Save The Beach Maldives and Hulhumale’ Fishermen’s Association for the assistance rendered in making the event a success.

According to the company, they collected 426 kilos of waste during the event, which MTCC said reinforced their commitment to keeping the Maldives’ beaches and environment clean and pristine. They also reaffirmed their commitment to continue advocating for a greener and cleaner environment.
