Over 1,300 slots from pocket parking zones in Hulhumale’ up for lease

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened opportunities to lease slots from “pocket parking” zones in Hulhumale’.

As per an announcement by the Corporation, they have opened 1,347 slots from eight parking zones for lease.

The slots will be leased for a period of one year for MVR 2,000 per month.

HDC states the recipients of the slots will be decided via a draw held among applicants.

The deadline to submit applications is October 1^st. Applications will be accepted between 9:00am and 14:00pm at HDC’s reception.

HDC noted that while the date for the draw will be disclosed at a later date, the draw will take place at Central Mall’s ground floor.
