Contemporary art exhibition ‘Unveiling Visions’ set to open next week

The Maldives contemporary art exhibition ‘Unveiling Visions 2024’ is set to open at the National Art Gallery in Male’ City next week.

Organized by the Maldivian Artist Community (MAC), ‘Unveiling Visions’ is Maldives’ biggest contemporary art exhibition.

It provides a platform for contemporary artists to showcase their talents in various mediums. The categories include drawing, painting, digital art, calligraphy, sculpture, installation, and mixed media.

The eighth edition of ‘Unveiling Visions’ will be open from July 9-July 20.

The last edition of ‘Unveiling Visions’ was held in August 2023. It showcased the talents of 80 artists. MAC expects a greater number of artists to participate in this year’s event.
