Ambulance and motorbike collide in dangerous accident

A dangerous accident took place in Hulhumale’ Phase II’s Fithuroanu Magu in the early hours of Wednesday that saw a collision between an ambulance and a motorbike.

Police said the accident was reported to the authority at 3:21am.

They detailed that the collision was between a motorbike that was driving on Hulhumale’ Phase II’s Fithuroani Magu and an ambulance that was going at fast speed on the same road.

As per the Police, the driver of the motorbike, a Maldivian man, who was injured in the accident is currently being treated at Hulhumale’ Hospital.

The accident is under further investigation by the Police.
