Missing 13-year-old girl found in Male’

A young girl reported missing from the Maldivian capital has been found safe.

Aishath Zeeva Saeed, 13, Kanburuge, R. Inguraidhoo, was reported missing by her family at around 07:45 pm on Monday.

The family reported that she was last seen at around 06:00 pm on Monday, from her apartment at the H12 in Hulhumale’ Phase II.

A police spokesperson said Zeeva was found from Male’ City at around 12:15 pm on Tuesday.

“She was found safe,” said the spokesperson.
