DNR to provide ID Card services amid holidays, emergencies

Department of National Registration (DNR) announced it would provide National Identity Card services during the last 10 days of Ramadan, which has been designated as public holidays, and in emergencies.

DNR informed on Saturday on X (formerly Twitter), to contact 7280368 if customers required ID card services under emergencies or during the holiday period.

The department earlier informed ID card issuance was set between 09:30hrs and 11:30hrs on both weekdays and weekends during Ramadan.

Though the government announced public holidays for the last 10 days of Ramadan earlier, DNR said it would provide services on coming Monday, Wednesday and the following week's Monday; which fall within the holiday period.
