Finance Ministry’s Chief Financial Budget Executive Saruvash Adam has resigned from his post.
Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) announced his resignation via a post on X, in which the corporation noted Saruvash’s service to the Finance Ministry spanning nine years.
PCB thanked Saruvash for his service and wished him well in his future endeavors.

At the time of his resignation from the Finance Ministry, Saruvash was serving as the Ministry’s Chief Financial Budget Executive and the head of the Fiscal Affairs Department.
The reason behind his resignation has not been disclosed.
Prior to this, Saruvash served as the chairperson of Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA).
