Tree Top Hospital opens contact center in Eydhafushi

Tree Top Hospital (TTH) has expanded its contact center services by opening new facility in B. Eydhafushi.

According to TTH, their services have been in high demand over the years, with many patients seeking them out. There has been year on year increase of patients availing both OPD and IPD services.

TTH said it places high value on expanding professional development opportunities for local Maldivians and expatriates, by offering a dynamic globalized work experience.

The new TTH contact center commenced its operations on Monday.

The center is dedicated to offering faster and easier appointments and bookings for services at TTH and TTH Clinic in Male’.

According to TTH, the expansion of the contact center services is part of the hospital’s strategic plan to increase capacity, improve service availability, and enhance patient experience.

All new team members will be trained at the TTH to ensure smooth operations and reliable service standards.

The hospital will train and employ a new team of seven members for the positions of assistant manager and contact center executives for the new TTH contact center in Eydhafushi.
