Dead person found in Male' home

A dead person was discovered inside a home in Male’ City on Friday. 

Sun learned a dead 43-year-old Maldivian man was discovered inside a home located in Lonuziyaarai Magu. The person was transported to the hospital in a police car, while the house has been cordoned. 

Speaking to Sun on the case, police said a report was made at approximately 1:20pm on Friday afternoon following the discovery of an unresponsive man inside a home in Henveiru district. Police, citing ADK Hospital, said the man was already dead when he was brought to the hospital. 

The death is under further investigation by the police.
