Falling object from building under construction injures man

An object that fell from a building under construction in Chaandhanee Magu, Male’ City hit a passing by motorist, who as a result was injured.

Police identified the victim as a 38-year-old Maldivian man.

The incident took place at approximately 3:37pm on Saturday.

Police said the incident is under further investigation.

The injured man was treated in ADK Hospital. His condition could not be verified at the moment.
