MP Saud injured in accident

Vilingili MP Saud Hussain has been admitted to the ADK Hospital after sustaining injuries in a road accident.

Saud’s brother Shahraab Abdulla said the accident took place at around 10:30 am Tuesday, on the Hulhumale’ Highway.

Saud had been on his way to the Parliament when his motorbike collided with a pickup.

He tore the flesh on his wrist, shoulder and ankle.

According to Shahraab, Saud will be discharged after the doctors stitch the torn flesh.
