Bank of Maldives (BML), on Wednesday, has announced the opening of a self-service banking ATM centre at AA. Mathiveri under its strategy to expand banking services to support local communities.
The bank detailed that the centre will provide cash withdrawal, deposit and transfer services for both individual and business customers on a 24-hour basis.
With the newly opened self-service banking ATM centre, Alifu Alifu Atoll now has aa BML branch in Rasdhoo while there are self-service banking facilities in Thoddoo, Ukulhas and Mathiveri.
Commenting on the opening, BML’s CEO, Managing Director Kar Stumke said that the centre will allow individuals and businesses access to convenient banking services without the need to travel to a nearby branch.
“We are delighted to support the community of Mathiveri with the new self-service banking centre. This centre will allow individuals and businesses access to convenient banking services without the need to travel to a nearby branch,” he said.
BML has a nationwide network of 35 branches across all 20 atolls, 83 self-service banking centers, 141 ATMs, over 200 agents and a full suite of digital banking services.
The bank stated that they are committed to supporting individuals, businesses and communities across Maldives.
