Majeediyya Alumni Association offers MVR 10,000 for logo design

Majeediyya Alumni Association has opened submissions for logo and flag designs, offering MVR 10,000 for the winning designs.

In an announcement Monday, the association said the logo must be designed using the colors red and green.

Additional colors that compliment red and green may also be used, said the association.

The association said the logo and flag must compliment each other, and should not represent any political party.

The association said the logo must be easy to use on letter heads, business cards, uniforms, and t-shirts, and must be easily carved into surfaces such as wood and fiber, and easy to embroider.

Interested designers must submit high-resolution soft and hard copies of their designs, and must have full copyright over the designs.

They must also submit a signed letter stating they do not object to transferring the copyrights to the Majeediyya Alumni Association if their design is chosen the winner.

They must also disclose their full name, address and contact number and submit a copy of their national ID card with the design.
