President Solih to visit Funadhoo, Holhudhoo on official trip

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih is scheduled to undertake an official visit to Sh. Funadhoo and N. Holhudhoo.

The visit was confirmed to the press by the Spokesperson of the President’s Office, Mabrook Azeez, on Wednesday.

President Solih is set to depart to Funadhoo on Friday. He is visiting the island to officiate the ceremony held to mark the 50^th anniversary of Funadhoo School. After the ceremony, President Solih will be departing to Holhudhoo on Saturday afternoon.

He is visiting the island in response to a request made by Holhudhoo residents – to officiate the ceremony held to mark the island’s Meyna School’s 75^th anniversary.

President Solih would conclude his trip and return to Male’ City on Sunday morning.
