MACL holds career expo for school students

Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has conducted a career expo for school students regarding the career opportunities available at the company.

A total of 38 students took part in the expo which was held on Monday; including students from Thaajudheen School and Billabong High International School.

MACL detailed the purpose of the expo to educate students regarding career opportunities at Velana International Airport and in the aviation sector.

Students were briefed on subjects they could opt for to boost their chances if they are interested in pursuing a career in the aviation sector.

Apart from this, they were also guided on MACL’s operations at Velana International Airport.

Students were also provided important information pertaining to the company’s role in the operation of Velana International Airport, terminal services, passenger services, commercial, ramp, airport emergency services and air traffic control.
