Tenth shop at Hiyaa Flats opened at H1 tower

A tenth shop has been opened at the Hiyaa Flats developed at Hulhumale’ Phase II.

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) said that a retail shop of ‘Hazash’ was inaugurated on Thursday.

It is situated on the ground floor of Hiyaa Tower 1.

The first shop at Hiyaa Flats, ‘HCU Mart’, was opened back last October at Hiyaa Tower 12. Following this, nine more shops have been established.

The shops established at Hiyaa Flats are located at Hiyaa Towers 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12 and 14.

Hiyaa Housing Project consists of 16 towers comprising of 6,720 housing units which, at full population, will be catering to around 40,000 people, as per HDC. Ground floor at all towers is dedicated for commercial and institutional uses to cater to the needs of the tenants.
