Ooredoo Maldives stated that customers may face “intermittent disruptions” to services on Monday, February 14, due to a planned upgrade.
As per the announcement made via Twitter, Ooredoo said that a planned network upgrade activity by the company’s International Internet Service Provider (ISP) will be taking place.
Due to a planned network upgrade activity by our International Internet Service Providers to optimise their network, customers may face intermittent disruptions in using our services on Mon, 14th Feb 2022.

The telecom giant noted that this upgrade was to optimize their network.
Additionally, Ooredoo stated that their engineers will be working with ISP to complete the upgrade at the earliest possible.
Moreover, they profusely apologized to their customers for any inconveniences this may cause.
