In the pilot project of performance evaluation – a total of 29 judges from Criminal Court, Civil Court, Drug Court, Family Court and Juvenile Court will be assessed.

They include:

JSC has publicized separate forms which are to be filled by court staff, lawyers and individuals seeking court services as part of the performance evaluation. The Commission assured that the identity of those filling the forms will be protected.

Performance evaluation of judges is a work that is to be carried out by JSC every two years. However, this is the first time a performance evaluation is actually being conducted.
