Individual attacked and wounded near Mulee’aage

An individual has been attacked and wounded near Mulee’aage today – right in front of Medhu Ziyaaraiy.

A media official from Maldives Police Service had told Sun that they were informed that a violent altercation had taken place in that area around 19:59 this evening – following which police officers had immediately attended the scene.

The media official further detailed that the individual was attacked by a group.

It was also noted that the victim was being treated at Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital at present.

The media official assured that the police is investigating the case further.
