This year’s O’ Level exams began in Maldives on Sunday, in 235 centers across the country.

Education Ministry states that the exam centers are fully prepared to hold the exams, and that arrangements are available for students who have tested positive for COVID-19 or are in quarantine to sit for the exams.

Exam arrangements for such students are made in collaboration with Health Protection Agency, and local taskforces and health facilities in order to ascertain safety, said Education Ministry.

The O’ Level exams begin with the A’ Level exams already underway. Some of the A’ Level exam papers have been found to have been leaked. But Education Ministry states the exams will continue unless Edexcel instructs otherwise.
