MTCC completes work on Maavah harbor project

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has completed work on upgrading the harbor located in L. Maavah.

MTCC completed the project on Tuesday, December 29.

The project entailed dredging a 26,885-cubic meter area in the Maavah lagoon, construction of a 568-meter seawall, and a 40-meter revetment.

Work on the project, valued at MVR 27.3 million, had commenced on October 9, 2019.
