Police find young woman reported missing from Male’

The police have located the young woman who was reported missing from Male’ City by her family last week.

The woman, identified as Aminath Nasha Nashid, 23, from H. Laamiyaage in Male’, was reported missing by her family at approximately 1:30 am on Wednesday, October 23.

A police spokesperson who spoke to Sun confirmed the young woman was found last Sunday.

The spokesperson said the young woman was found unharmed, but declined to disclose any further details regarding the case.

The police had asked the public for assistance in finding the whereabouts of the young woman on Sunday.
