Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has started a campaign named “Hinithunvumaaieku” translated as with a smile, to commemorate World Customer Service Week celebrated from October 7-11.
The purpose of this campaign is to create awareness of the importance of customer service and enhance the customer experience of MTCC. The campaign by MTCC will also target to bringing closer its customers and employees.
CEO of MTCC Hassan Shah kicked off the campaign at a ceremony today and stated that MTCC was a company that worked with the people directly and indirectly in many different industries. He also reiterated the company’s purpose of enhancing the relationship between customers and employees.
The Campaign will be carried out from October 6 to November 12 and will conduct different activities to attain its goals.
