Applications for Elections Commission member opened

The President's Office has announced that applications can now be submitted for the post of Elections Commission (EC) member.

Applications can be submitted until September 16, 2:00. 

The applications are regarding the Vice President of the Commission Amjad Mustafa, whose term as a member of EC will end on November 24. Applications will be available from the Commission's website and the President's Office. Application forms can also be downloaded online.

The Elections Commission has five members in total. Apart from Amjad, they are Commission President Ahmed Shareef, Ismail Habeeb, Ahmed Akram, and Ali Nashaath.
