Faheem appointed Chairman of MTCC

Mohamed Faheem has been appointed Chairman of Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC).

Faheem, who is the Managing Director of Silica Group, was appointed Chairman of MTCC in February.

Faheem, who has over 20 years of service in the Maldivian business sector, has served the State as deputy minister from 2009 to 2011 – during former Maldivian President Mohamed Nasheed’s administration.

He also served as a member of the N. Atoll Council from 2008-2009 and from 2011-2014.
