Registration open to public for Police Reform Symposium

Registration is now open for members of the general public who wish to attend the Police Reform Symposium on Tuesday.

The deadline for registration is set to 6 pm this Saturday.

Interested members of the general public are required to send their full name, national ID card number and contact number via SMS to either 9800102 or 9637845, or email the details to [email protected].

Police Reform Symposium will take place from 8:30 am to 4 pm on Tuesday.

Maldives Police Service, in recent years, has been accused of falling victim to undue political influence, undermining its autonomy and independence.

The symposium is part of the campaign by Maldives Police Service to reform the institution and restore the public’s trust and faith in the institution.
