Booking has been opened for 80 apartments at the Coral Boulevard, a mixed-development property under construction near Rasfannu Artificial Beach in Male’ City.
Coral Boulevard is a project by Singaporean company Chang Hua Construction, which has also been contracted the Dharumavantha Hospital Project.
The Coral Boulevard Project consists of four, 25 to 28-story towers.
“Three of the towers will have 549 residential units,” said Assistant Manager – Sales and Marketing of Coral Boulevard Development, Aishath Gahir.
Booking for 80 of the residential apartments was opened this Monday.
The 80 residential apartments are three-bedroom apartments. The booking fee is MVR 150,000.
“20 percent will be taken after booking fee. The MVR 150,000 will be deductible by the 20 percent,” reported Coral Boulevard Development.
Interested parties can obtain additional information on the apartments via Coral Boulevard’s website or by calling the office.
Three of the four Coral Boulevard towers are for residential purposes and the fourth is for commercial use, says Coral Boulevard Development.
The company says a model of one of the development’s apartments will be displayed at Rasfannu Artificial Beach in mid-2018.
“Customers can take a look at what the apartments will look like once complete, before making their booking,” said Coral Boulevard Development.
